Walk through Platform 9 3/4 and board the Hogwarts Express where you’ll see familiar characters like Harry Potter and the Weasley twins. Note: The train ride requires a Park-to-Park ticket that allows you to travel between King’s Cross Station to Hogsmeade. This attraction does not have a minimum height requirement.
#2. Despicable Me Minion Mayhem
Have you ever wanted to become a minion? Now’s your chance! Experience being Minionized and going through a Minion training session run by Gru’s daughters: Margo, Edith, and Agnes. Finish your experience by dancing away with an interactive Minion-inspired dance party! Note: This simulator ride has a minimum height requirement of 40” (101.6 cm).
#3. The Cat in the Hat
Located inside Seuss Landing, this attraction takes you through the pages of the classic children’s book by Dr. Seuss featuring the Cat, the siblings, and the iconic duo: Thing 1 and Thing 2. The Cat in the Hat is a motion simulation ride that has you hopping into a couch car from colorful room to room. Note: The minimum height requirement for this attraction is 36” (92 cm), which makes it a great ride for families.
#4. Flight of the Hippogriff
Encounter the legendary magical creature from the Harry Potter universe in this family-friendly roller coaster. Located inside Hogsmeade at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Flight of the Hippogriff allows you to soar in the air while getting the perfect view of Hogwarts Castle. Note: This thrill ride has a minimum height requirement of 36” (92 cm).
#5. Curious George Goes to Town
Have the kids cool down and immerse themselves in this children’s interactive aqua play area located inside Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone. Bring a change of clothes as this play area has many activities that splash & shoot water. The fun doesn’t stop there – aside from the water activities, kids will find the Man with the Yellow Hat’s Ball Factory that launches thousands of foam balls! Note: This attraction does not have a height requirement.
#6. Fievel’s Playland
Are you ready to mouse around? At Fievel’s Playland inside Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone, kids get to experience life as a mouse! Inspired by the movies An American Tail and Fievel Goes West, this playground is filled with oversized props, including a 30-foot spider web and a 1,000-gallon cowboy hat. Note: This attraction does not have a height requirement.
#7. Woody Woodpecker’s Nuthouse Coaster
Located inside Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone at Universal Studios Florida, this family-friendly coaster offers all the fun a classic roller coaster has without drops that may scare the little ones. Note: The minimum height requirement of this attraction is 36” (92 cm), which makes it a great first-time roller coaster for the kids!

E.T. phone home! Embark on the exciting journey to help E.T. save his home planet. This thrilling adventure will have you soaring through the sky in your flying bicycle while escaping the bad guys to bring E.T. home. At the end of the journey, E.T. will even personally thank you for your help. This attraction is a classic that you can’t skip! Note: The minimum height requirement of this attraction is 34’’ (86.36 cm).
#9. The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man
Join the popular superhero, Spider-Man, as he saves the day and battles the bad guys! Put on your 3D glasses for this exciting simulator located inside Marvel Super Hero Island and face villains like Doctor Octopus, Scream, Electro, Hydro-Man, and Hobgoblin to retrieve the stolen Statue of Liberty. This dark ride is full of special effects and is not for the faint of heart as it features a 400-foot freefall from the skyscrapers! Note: The minimum height requirement of this attraction is 40’’ (102 cm).
#10. Ollivanders Wand Shop and Interactive Wands
Ollivanders Wand Shop is both an attraction and store located inside Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. You can witness the unique experience where the wand chooses the wizard. After the show, enter the store area where you can shop for interactive wands. They offer character wands from your favorite witches and wizards, like Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, but they also have Ollivanders exclusives. Each wand includes a map that has all the locations throughout The Wizarding World of Harry Potter where you can practice magic spells. Note: This attraction does not have a height requirement.
